Wellness Consulting for the Small to Mid-Sized
Business
Are your insurance premiums rising
astronomically?
Is your company's absenteeism rate
ridiculous?
Do you want to retain that young, star
employee?
These questions and others are plaguing small business owners.
Wellness programs seem to be the answer and you can get started today
with our Wellness Consulting program.

More and more companies are starting to implement wellness
programs for their employees. Companies will provide employees with
anything from discounts at local gyms to providing an onsite health facility with
staff. Unfortunately, most of the companies that are doing this are large
sized companies. The small to mid-sized business hasn't quite caught on to
the wellness craze.

to implement a wellness program TODAY!
The big reason why it hasn't caught on with
the smaller companies probably boils down to money. But a wellness program
doesn't have to be an extravagant gym with state of the art equipment. If
you have the means to get all those extras, that is great, but if you don't then
you talk with us.
Our wellness philosophy keeps it simple and
centers around health and fitness. As of July 2, 2009, Ohio is tied with
Arkansas for being the 10th fattest state in our country. We were 17 last
year, so it's getting worse.

Our simple philosophy for wellness consulting
is this: we will put any of your employees on a solid health and fitness program
with attainable goals, that they can accomplish on their own, and we will keep
track of their progress. If we can get them to get healthier and stay in
shape, the other wonderful benefits of wellness will all fall in place.
